Specification in progress

MCP tool definitions

How AgentStructure intends to expose tools to MCP-compatible hosts. No server is deployed.

Last updated September 23, 2026

Status

This page is documentation architecture. It describes how AgentStructure will publish specifications. It is not a live API contract, and example fields are not an endpoint you can call.

AgentStructure does not operate a public MCP server on this website. Each application runs its own MCP endpoint on its own site; for example, GovContracts.Money’s is https://govcontracts.money/mcp. That is not a directory listing, and it is not this site.

Intent

The same connector should be describable as an MCP-compatible tool and as an HTTP API. The tool definition carries the permission boundary so a host can show a person what the tool will read and what it can change.

AgentStructure is not built for a single host. MCP is one ecosystem. Agent platforms, model providers, enterprise agents, and ordinary APIs are others.
