Agreement
These terms govern use of the website published by AgentStructure.AI. They have not received formal outside legal review. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
A separate customer agreement will be required before any paid or production product is provided. These website terms are not that agreement.
The website
The site describes software infrastructure, connectors, and applications. Status labels are part of the description. Demo, private beta, coming soon, and available mean different things. A page marked Coming Soon or Demo is not a promise that the product is in production or that a data feed is connected.
No professional advice
Product descriptions are informational.
- OpinionPulse reports data only. It is not advice, a trade or a vote call.
- SEC Stock Signals is not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser and does not solicit transactions.
- PoliticalPredictions.APP does not place bets or access wallets.
- RoleRank does not invent jobs and does not apply to jobs unless a future version explicitly supports that action.
- Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Use of the site is also covered by the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the site, attempt to probe it, or present our specifications as a live integration you operate.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, and diagrams are owned by AgentStructure or its licensors. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site into a product that implies a partnership, certification, or data license we have not given.
Product names are used to identify our specifications. Third-party names are used to describe categories of systems, not to claim those companies are customers or partners.
No confidential submission
Do not send trade secrets through the contact form or to support@agentstructure.ai unless we have agreed in writing to receive them. Unsolicited ideas may be retained in email and do not create an obligation.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as available. Specifications change. We do not warrant that a described connector exists, that demonstration formats are live data, or that the site will be uninterrupted.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, AgentStructure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this informational website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limitation applies only as far as the law allows. This paragraph needs counsel review before it is treated as a final customer term.
Governing law
A governing law and venue will be stated when the operating entity's jurisdiction is published. Until then, these terms are an operational notice, not a choice-of-law clause.
