A postal address and the operating entity's jurisdiction will be added when they are designated for legal notice. This policy has not received formal outside legal review.

This policy covers this website: the pages you read, the contact form, and local analytics described below. It does not describe a production deployment of any product that is not yet available. Those deployments will need their own notice before they process customer content.

If you use the contact form, the message is opened in your email client addressed to us. This website does not operate a mailbox inbox and does not store the form contents on a server.

The form asks for your name, email address, an optional organization, an optional product or connector name, a category, and your message. A hidden field is used only to discard automated submissions.

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not upload photographs. We do not connect bank, brokerage, wallet, or social accounts on this site.

Pages can record a privacy-conscious event in your browser's session storage: the event name, the path, a referring hostname, and non-sensitive properties such as a product slug or inquiry category. Message bodies, names, and email addresses are not written into that store.

Events are not shown publicly and are not sent to a third-party analytics vendor by this website. If your browser sends a do-not-track signal, the event is not recorded. You can clear the data by clearing session storage for this site.

This website does not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies. A strictly necessary technical cookie may be set by the hosting platform. See the Cookie Policy.

Email you send to support@agentstructure.ai is used to respond to that inquiry, keep a record of the conversation where our mail provider stores it, and, if you asked about a product, to understand the request. We do not use it to train public models.

Email retention follows the mailbox we use. You may ask us to delete an inquiry. We will delete what we can still access, except where we need to keep a record for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

We do not sell personal information. We would use a service provider, such as an email host, only to operate the mailbox. Subprocessors that would process customer content are listed before that processing starts. None are listed for customer content today because this website does not process customer datasets.

If you email us from outside the country where the mailbox is hosted, your message will be processed there. We will name that location when a formal hosting arrangement is published.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated date will change. Material changes to a future product that processes customer content will be described before that processing starts.
