What Apple Intelligence and Siri could do with real-time intelligence: 5 use cases.

Siri doesn't take MCP connectors, but Shortcuts, Reminders and Calendar are where iPhone users act on dates. Here is how AgentStructure signals fit Apple's personal layer, and what the reported Siri Extensions could change.

  • Muse.ai
  • Instinct
  • Grok
  • Claude
  • ChatGPT
  • Any MCP-capable assistant
An example. The app noticed first, and the assistant brought it to you.

Key takeaways

The short version.

  • Siri and Apple Intelligence reach other software through App Intents and Shortcuts, which Apple says make actions discoverable by Siri, Spotlight, Shortcuts and widgets.
  • Apple rebuilt Siri for iOS 27, announced at WWDC on June 8, 2026. Reported Siri Extensions for outside chatbots were found in beta code but not announced by Apple.
  • Siri does not take an MCP address the way Claude, ChatGPT or Grok do. On an iPhone, AgentStructure apps arrive today through Shortcuts and through assistant apps that accept MCP.
  • Apple's strength is the personal layer: Reminders, Calendar, Focus and a morning automation. That suits signals with a date attached.
  • Best fits: Catholic Reminders for a morning Shortcut, RoleRank and GovContracts.Money for reminders with deadlines.

About Apple Intelligence and Siri

What are Apple Intelligence and Siri, as an agent platform?

Apple Intelligence is Apple’s set of AI features across iPhone, iPad and Mac, and Siri is its assistant. Apps plug in through App Intents, which Apple describes as a way to “make content and actions discoverable by Apple Intelligence and support system experiences like Siri, Spotlight, Shortcuts, and widgets.” Shortcuts lets anyone chain those actions, call a web API and run the result on a schedule.

At WWDC on June 8, 2026, Apple put a rebuilt Siri at the center of iOS 27, including a standalone Siri app. Bloomberg has reported a Siri Extensions feature that would let people connect chatbots such as Claude or Gemini to Siri, and The Next Web noted that its code is in the iOS 27 beta but switched off. Apple has not announced it, so this post does not count on it.

Why it matters

Why does Siri need real-time intelligence?

Siri knows your calendar, your reminders and when you wake up. It does not know that a new role matching your résumé was posted an hour ago, that a SAM.gov notice in your NAICS code closes next week, or what today’s feast and readings are.

AgentStructure is the real-time intelligence layer personal AIs plug into. Each app watches one specialized source and explains the change, with a date when there is one. On Apple devices, that date is the hook: a Shortcut can turn a signal into a Reminder, a Calendar hold or a spoken morning briefing.

Use cases

5 ways Apple Intelligence and Siri could use AgentStructure apps.

1. Catholic Reminders

A morning Shortcut that reads the day's feast.

Catholic Reminders brings the feast, the saint, the readings and a short prayer each morning, and helps you keep commitments like a novena.

A personal automation in Shortcuts can run when your alarm stops, fetch the day from Catholic Reminders and have Siri read the feast and a short prayer. Holy days of obligation can go straight to Calendar.

2. RoleRank

New roles, with a reminder to follow up.

RoleRank compares new openings on official company job boards with your résumé as they are posted, and ranks the ones that fit.

On an iPhone, the useful part is the follow-through: a Reminder to apply by the end of the week and another to follow up seven days later, in the list you already check.

3. GovContracts.Money

A federal deadline, on the calendar you live in.

GovContracts.Money watches federal opportunities on SAM.gov for the work you do, by NAICS code and keyword, and sends the good ones with the deadline and the official link.

A Shortcut can turn a match into two Calendar holds before the response date, with the SAM.gov link in the notes. The bid itself happens on SAM.gov.

4. SEC Stock Signals

One line on the lock screen, the filing one tap away.

SEC Stock Signals watches public filings for the companies on your watchlist and explains what each one could mean, in plain English, with a link to the original.

A notification is enough for most filings. When one matters, the explanation and the original are one tap away, and you can ask the assistant app of your choice to go deeper. It explains; it does not tell you to buy or sell.

5. PoliticalPredictions.APP

A Focus-friendly digest instead of a stream of alerts.

PoliticalPredictions.APP watches public political posts around the clock and tells you which prediction markets you follow could move, with timestamps.

Paired with a Focus mode, a Shortcut can hold the day’s moves and deliver them as one evening digest, with each source linked. It reports; it does not place positions.

How to

How would an iPhone user connect an AgentStructure app?

  1. 1Open the app's connect page on agentstructure.ai to get its API and MCP addresses.
  2. 2In an assistant app on your iPhone that accepts MCP, such as Claude or ChatGPT where your plan allows custom connectors, add the MCP address.
  3. 3For Siri, build a Shortcut that calls the app's API and adds the result to Reminders or Calendar, or reads it aloud.

Siri does not accept MCP connectors directly, and AgentStructure has no App Intents app or Siri integration. No partnership with Apple is claimed. If Apple opens Siri to outside assistants, apps already connected to those assistants could follow. The apps are free during the beta.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How do apps connect to Siri and Apple Intelligence?

Through App Intents, which Apple says make content and actions discoverable by Apple Intelligence and support Siri, Spotlight, Shortcuts and widgets. Shortcuts also lets people call web APIs and run actions on a schedule or as personal automations.

Can Siri use MCP connectors?

Not today. Siri does not accept an MCP server address the way Claude, ChatGPT or Grok do. Bloomberg has reported a Siri Extensions feature for outside chatbots, and its code appeared in the iOS 27 beta, but Apple has not announced it.

How can I use AgentStructure apps on an iPhone?

Add an app's MCP address in an assistant app that accepts MCP connectors, such as Claude or ChatGPT where your plan allows, or build a Shortcut that calls the app's API and adds the result to Reminders or Calendar. AgentStructure has no Siri integration and no partnership with Apple.

Which AgentStructure app fits Apple devices best?

Catholic Reminders, as a morning Shortcut that Siri reads aloud, and RoleRank and GovContracts.Money, whose signals come with dates that belong in Reminders and Calendar.

Will Siri act on these signals for me?

In these examples Siri reads, reminds and adds calendar holds after you confirm. AgentStructure signals are information only, not investment, betting or legal advice.
