Data Handling

Collect the fields a workflow needs. Do not collect a photograph, résumé, portfolio, or message thread on a marketing page that cannot process it. This site follows that rule.

Reading evidence and changing an external system are different operations. A comparable-sale lookup must not publish a listing. A filing lookup must not place a trade. A job search must not submit an application.

Production data from a marketplace, employer, messaging platform, or commercial dataset is used only under the permission or license that source requires. Absence of a feed is an explicit state. It is not filled with scraped or invented records.

Outputs that depend on a third party should keep the source, the time, and the fields the source actually provided. Missing condition, price, or salary stays missing.

Diagrams and empty evidence schemas on this website are demonstrations of format. They are not production transaction data, filings, jobs, or market prices.
